Size by the chart
A size letter means something different from one maker to the next. The Gorgetly chart on each listing measures the dress, not a body, so the surest comparison is a dress that already fits you.
Our charts are measured by hand and allow 2-3 cm (about 1 in) either way. A dress more than 3 cm off its chart counts as our mistake, with no postage for you to pay.

Delivery, in business days
Your dress is packed in China and crosses US customs before a US carrier brings it to you. That is why delivery takes 14-18 business days, and why no carrier will ask you for import fees at the door.
Returns
Ask within 30 days of delivery and keep the tags on. Returns travel to our partner’s return facility in China, at the address in your return authorization, and the refund is issued within 7 business days of the dress passing its check.
You pay the international postage to the return facility, and the $7.90 shipping charge is not refunded. There is no direct exchange, so order the new size as soon as you know it.
Send photos within 21 days of delivery. We decide within 2 business days, you choose a replacement or a full refund, and you usually keep the dress.
Measure the dress flat, photograph the tape against it and report it within 21 days. It counts as our mistake, so there is nothing to pay.
Who sells to you
Gorgetly is the store name of LISA PASCO FUNY LLC. The company picks the dresses, sets the prices, answers the help desk and decides every return and refund.
A separate fulfillment partner in China keeps the dresses, packs each order and runs the return facility. Gorgetly does not make or alter the dresses, and they carry no brand name.
