The company that sells every dress
Gorgetly is the trading name of LISA PASCO FUNY LLC, EIN 99-4781769, whose business address is 229 Cleveland Dr, Cheektowaga, NY 14215, United States. The company is the seller of every dress on gorgetly.com, and these terms are an agreement between the company and the customer who places an order.
Buyers who can place an order
Customers need to be 18 or older, or to have permission from a parent or guardian, and to buy for personal use and not for resale. Delivery is limited to the area set out in the Shipping Policy.
Contracts that form in two steps
- Placing and paying for an order sends an order confirmation email, which records the order but is not yet an acceptance.
- The order is accepted when it goes to our fulfillment partner, at 5:30 p.m. Eastern on the day the order counts.
Until the second step, the company can decline an order because of a clear price error, a size that has sold out or a failed fraud check, and the whole payment for a declined order goes back within 2 business days. This structure exists because payment is taken before the partner has confirmed that the dress is on hand.
Payment that is taken at the moment of ordering
The full order total is charged to your card or PayPal account at the moment you place the order. Accepted methods, holds, declines and disputes are covered in the Payment Policy.
Prices that can change before checkout
All prices are in US dollars. A price can change at any moment before an order is placed, and checkout shows the final price before payment. If a price is clearly wrong, for example a Women’s Tie Waist Ribbed Knit Midi Sweater Dress in Gray listed at $5.79 instead of $57.99, the company emails the customer within 1 business day with the choice to pay the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
Descriptions that cover color, size and fabric
Each listing describes the dress, its color, its fabric where the maker states it and its garment measurements. The Disclaimer explains why colors can look different on a screen and how much a hand-measured chart can vary.
Policies that sit beside these terms
Five pages are part of these terms, each with its own subject:
- Shipping Policy, on delivery areas, charges and dates.
- Refund and Returns Policy, on returns, faults and refunds.
- Payment Policy, on methods and charges.
- Privacy Policy, on personal data.
- Disclaimer, on listings, colors and estimates.
Where one of them sets a specific rule, such as a deadline, that rule applies.
Cancellations that stop an order
An order can be cancelled until it goes to our partner at 5:30 p.m. Eastern on the day the order counts, and the whole payment then goes back within 2 business days. If a dress cannot be sent out within 3 business days, the customer can also cancel under the Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule of the Federal Trade Commission, as the Shipping Policy explains.
Site use that stays lawful
The site may be used only to browse and buy dresses for personal use. Scraping the catalog, testing stolen cards, placing orders in someone else’s name and interfering with the site’s security are not allowed, and the company can cancel the orders involved.
Content that belongs to the store
The Gorgetly name and logo, the text on this site and the Gorgetly size chart images belong to LISA PASCO FUNY LLC. The product photos come from the makers of the dresses and are shown only to describe the dresses on sale, and none of this content may be copied for commercial use.
Third-party links that open other sites
Links to carrier tracking pages, PayPal and other websites lead to services that the company does not control, and their own terms apply there.
Warranties that we disclaim
Each dress is sold as described in its listing, and the Refund and Returns Policy sets out what happens when it is not. To the extent the law allows, the company gives no other warranty, express or implied; rights that New York or federal law gives the customer and that cannot be waived are not affected.
A liability limit that matches the order amount
To the extent the law allows, the company’s total liability for a claim is capped at what was paid for the order concerned, and it excludes indirect or consequential losses, such as the cost of a missed event.
Claims that the customer covers
The customer agrees to cover the company’s reasonable costs from a claim that the customer causes by misusing the site or breaking these terms, for example by ordering with a stolen card.
Events that nobody controls
The company is not in breach of these terms when a delay or failure is caused by events outside its control, such as storms, epidemics, strikes, customs actions, carrier failures or the closure of our partner’s warehouse. The customer’s right to cancel a late order and get a full refund still applies.
Disputes that open 40 days of written talks
Before going to court, the customer and the company agree to try to settle a dispute in writing for 40 days, starting with an email to contact@gorgetly.com that sets out what went wrong and what would put it right. There is no arbitration clause, and either side can use small claims court at any time.
The law and the courts that apply
New York law, together with applicable federal law, governs these terms. A dispute that is not settled goes to the state or federal courts that serve Erie County, New York, unless the customer uses small claims court where the customer lives.
Clauses that survive a court ruling
Should a court strike down part of these terms, that part is limited as far as needed, and the rest stays in force.
The full agreement that these terms form
Together with the five policies listed earlier, these terms form the complete agreement between the customer and the company about an order, and they replace anything said earlier about the same order.
Changes that apply to future orders
The company can change these terms by posting a new version on this page. An order keeps the terms that were live when it was paid; this version took effect on October 3, 2026.
