Orders paid by 5:30 p.m. Eastern on a business day go to our fulfillment partner in China the same evening. Packing takes 2-3 business days. Transit then adds 12-15 business days. In total, delivery comes to 14-18 business days, with US import duties already paid. Shipping is $7.90 below $99.00 and free from $99.00.
Within 30 days of delivery you can still send the dress back, and no restocking fee is taken (it stays at $0.00). A change-of-mind return goes to the return facility in China at your cost, while a damaged or wrong dress, or one more than 3 cm off its chart, costs you nothing. The Refund and Returns Policy has the steps.
